How many buildings and units are at Seahorse?
  •  There are 6 individual buildings with 108 individual units.
 
Do all units have docks or garages?
  • No, some units have both, some have one or the other, and some have none. 

Do you have boat storage on site?
  • Yes, boat storage is available for a fee. However, currently the boat storage is full and there is a waiting list.
 
Can docks be rented?
  • Docks may only be rented to residents of Seahorse. Outside public is not allowed.
 
How many units are available to rent and is there a rental cap?
  • Approximately 30 units are rentals, however there is a cap on rentals.
 
Can a friend keep their boat in an owners dock?
  • No, outside public is allowed to have boats in our docks.

 What do association dues pay for?
  • Heat, A/C, water, sewer, amenities (check the amenities tab), lawn care, garbage, snow removal, and blanket hazard insurance for the complex.

 Can I store a RV or car on-site?
  • No

 Are pets welcome at Seahorse?
  • No pets are allowed on Seahorse property.

Is there a room to rent for social gatherings?
  • Yes, Seahorse has a party room you may rent for events. A $25.00 fee is charged per event.

 What is the history of Seahorse?
  • Seahorse was built in 1964 as apartments. In 1972, the complex was converted to individually owned condominiums.​
Are docks owned by residents?
  • No, docks are owned by the association and licensed back to individual units. If a unit changes owners the dock is transferred with the unit.
