Indoor Pool, Sauna and Exercise Equipment
Seahorse residents can enjoy the indoor swimming pool, sauna and exercise equipment located in the pool house. Bathrooms, showers and a changing area are provided for your convenience. No lifeguard or attendant is on duty. Activities in the pool house are done at your own risk.

A pool pass is necessary to enter the building. A $25.00 deposit is required to obtain a pool pass.
  • The pool and sauna close daily at 10:00 pm.
  • Minors are not permitted in the pool area without an adult.
  • MN State Law requires that you shower before entering the pool.

Party Room and Picnic Area
Seahorse’s party room and picnic areas are available for our residents. The party room is equipped with a full kitchen and tables to accommodate guests. To use the party room, there is a $25.00 fee for each date reserved. The picnic areas are located throughout the property and have gas grills and all-weather tables for residents use.

Marina
Seahorse’s treasure is our marina on Jenning’s Bay on Lake Minnetonka. All slips are licensed to owners at Seahorse. Only residents of Seahorse may use the marina, outside public is not permitted to use our marina. License holders may choose to rent out their slip to another Seahorse resident. Additionally, Seahorse offers ten visitor slips that are located to the south of the marina. These may be used by Seahorse guests for daily docking. Overnight parking is not allowed in the visitor docks.
  • Boats in the marina must provide current registration and insurance.
  • All LMCD rules and regulations apply to our marina.

Boat Launch
Our boat launch is for residents use only. Please observe rules posted near the launch.

Parking
Seahorse offers our residents many convenient parking lots to choose from. At certain times of the year the parking lots may be more crowded. Please be courteous to your neighbors and park in your garage if possible.

A parking tag is required on vehicles that park in our lots. Please provide license plate number, vehicle make and model and color to our Property Manager. A parking tag will be issued to you. Please display your parking tag behind your rear view mirror.

A car that is not moved for 10 days will be considered abandoned resulting in a possible fine and towing.

Winter Parking 
After a snowfall, please move or remove your vehicle when the plows are cleaning our lots.  If a vehicle is not moved, it may be towed. 
 
Summer Parking 
If you will be boating for the weekend, please park your vehicle in the parking lot north of the dumpsters in the gravel area.

Laundry Facilities
For our resident’s convenience, laundry rooms are located on every floor in each building. Seahorse’s laundry rooms were recently updated with fresh paint, new linoleum and high efficiency washers and dryers.
  • Laundry room hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
  • Each load in the washers and dryers is seventy-five cents.
  • Only High Efficiency laundry soap can be used in the washing machines.
  • When finished using the washing machines, please remember to leave the machine door open.
  • Please shut the dryer door when finished.
  • Personal items of any kind may not be stored in the laundry rooms.
  • Please be courteous to your neighbors – always remember to clean out the dryer lint trap and close the laundry room door.

Contact Maintenance to report problems with the washers or dryers.

Television Service 
A resident may choose from Mediacom, Dish Network or Direct TV. Additionally, local channels are available to residents using our rooftop HD antennas. Seahorse Condominium Association only allows SAT TV Experts to install and service Dish Network or Direct TV. Mediacom may be contacted directly for installation and service.

Once SAT TV Experts or Medicacom have been contacted, please coordinate their visit with Maintenance. Mediacom and SAT TV Experts will not be allowed roof access unless our maintenance person accompanies their technician.
