Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in the following areas:
Please stand a considerable distance away from the buildings if you smoke and dispose of your cigarette / cigar remains properly. When you have guests or visitors to the property, please make sure they are aware of our smoking policy.
Rental Unit Cap
Effective April 20, 2014, the Seahorse Condominium Association adopted a cap on rental units. A rental unit is defined as a unit that is sublet in return for a fee. The owner of the unit may be a non-resident owner or may reside in another unit within Seahorse. Rental units are capped at 30% of the total units. Once this limit has been reached, additional rentals will not be allowed. Owners wishing to rent their unit after the cap has been reached will be put on the waiting list.
Currently, the Seahorse Condominium Association has reached the maximum percentage of rental units. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please contact our Property Manager.

- Interior Common Areas
- Interior Stairs
- Pool House
- Party Room
- Entrance/exit steps into our buildings
